Support Tab

The Support tab provides the customer service information you want to give customers.

Field Description
Supported or No Support Indicate whether or not your app is supported. If your app is supported, enter the requested support information. If it is not, you only need to enter a terms and condition agreement.
Phone Number Your company's support phone. Indicate if phone support requires an additional charge.
Email Your company's support email. Indicate whether email support requires an additional charge.
Online Chat URL Your company's online chat address. Indicate whether online support requires an additional charge.
Knowledge Base URL Your company's knowledge base address. Indicate whether knowledge-base access requires an additional charge.
Support Available 24 hrs × 7 days Indicate whether your support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Premium Support Available Indicate whether you offer a premium support package.
Service Level Agreement Indicate whether you offer a service-level agreement.
Support Details Enter detailed information about your support features.
Terms & Conditions Enter the terms and conditions your customers must review and agree to before installing your app. If your terms and conditions are longer than 32,000 characters, enter an abbreviated agreement and refer to your website for your complete terms and conditions.
