Pricing Tab

Use the Pricing tab to specify pricing information for your app. You can also sign up for Checkout, a service that lets your customers pay for your applications directly on the AppExchange. For more information, see Using AppExchange Checkout.

Field	Description
Describe the basic pricing for this application	(Required) Specify if your application is free or paid, and if you offer discounts for non-profits/NGOs. Note Some of the fields below are only relevant for paid apps and won’t appear if you specify your app is free.
How do you want to bill for and manage this application?	Specify if you want to manage payment and billing using Checkout or on your own.
When do you want to collect payment information?	Specify how you want to collect payment information: before customers install your app or after they start a free trial. Note This field only appears if you’ve signed up for Checkout and are going to use it for this listing.
List Price	Charge The price per unit for your app. Specify both the amount and currency. Units The unit on which pricing depends, such as user or company. If you’re not using Checkout, you can also specify custom units. Frequency The billing frequency. This can be monthly or one-time. If you’re not using Checkout, you also have the option for yearly pricing. Free Trial The number of days a free trial is valid. This option is only available when using Checkout and when you choose to collect payment information before install.
Additional Details	Any additional information about pricing you want to communicate to customers. This can be up to 255 characters and can include links, for example, to a complete pricing sheet on your website.
