Basic Tab

The Basic tab includes information that helps customers find and evaluate your listing.

Field Description
Listing Title (Required) Your listing's name.
Tag Line (Required) A short phrase that describes your listing.
Categories (Required) The categories customers can use to browse for your listing. If your listing is an app, the categories are assigned by salesforce.com shortly after your listing is made public. This ensures your app has the best chance of being found by potential customers. To change the categories for an app, you must log a case in the Partner Portal.
Contact Information (Private to salesforce.com)

(Required) Business/Marketing Email–The email address where salesforce.com can contact you about business or marketing related information.

(Required) Technical Email–The email address where salesforce.com can contact you about technical or security related information.

(Required) Reviews Email–The email address where you would like to receive email notifications related to reviews and comments on your listing.

The above email addresses are not shared with customers.

Contact Information (Public)

Email–Your company's contact email for prospects.

Phone–Your company's contact phone for prospects.

Website–Your company's website URL.

Brief Description (Required) A summary of your listing. The maximum number of characters permitted is 255.
Highlights Key features regarding your listing.
Full Description A detailed description of your listing. The maximum number of characters permitted is 1200.
